The work I do

Think of yourself as a biological computer that runs on information.

When it fills up with old programs, outdated apps and unprocessed data, you start running on the head alone, and eventually the system crashes.

The programs are everything you took in: what your parents said, what happened to you, the emotions you stored along the way.

All my work revolves around emotion. Because it sits deeper than thought reaches, I work below the thinking mind. In every session I combine three approaches, each with its own way of meeting it.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention, much like being absorbed in a good film.

You stay aware and in control the whole time.

In this state the thinking mind steps back and the emotion beneath a pattern comes within reach.

Instead of talking about it, you meet it, feel it and let it move.

From there the old reaction can take a new direction, and in my experience what you take in during the session settles in more easily than it does in an ordinary conversation.

Parts integration

Most of us have parts that want different things.

One part wants to speak up and another stays quiet to feel safe.

One pushes forward while another pulls the handbrake.

Every part formed for a reason, usually to protect you, and each one carries its own emotion: fear, grief, anger, a need that was never met.

In a session I give every part room to be heard. We find out what it is trying to do for you, what it is holding on to, and what it needs in order to let go.

When the parts understand each other and find agreement, the inner tug of war ceases, and you can act as one whole person again.

Nexis

Nexis is a heart-centered approach that I developed myself.

It starts from the heart. In my experience, when I connect with my heart, you connect with yours, and I can feel what is going on in you, even when you are not in the room.

Information that was out of reach for the thinking mind becomes available.

From there I release the emotion that holds a pattern in place and install what is missing.

Sometimes I work directly, with statements aimed at the issue.

Sometimes I work indirectly, following images and impressions, and a shift can happen even when it makes no logical sense.

Change one thing, and the whole system moves with it.
